"I had an appointment made for an express hydrafacial and already have immediate results. I had bad hyperpigmentation that I could not get rid of. Sarah C. did my hydrafacial and it was amazing! She was so informative on the process and actually assessed my skin before she worked on it. She was always making sure I was comfortable. My skin is now glowing and my hyperpigmentation is already shades lighter and my skin is plump.I know its a little pricey but its all about quality, and the quality/professionalism is there. I also want to add in that the front desk was always kind and patient with me. So a shout out to Ryan who booked my appointment and Victoria for checking me out! Will definitely be back!"
"I travel for work and got a haircut two days ago. Today I noticed my face was breaking out really bad in grown hairs and pimples. I called Mara’s and Victoria was able to convince Raquel to squeeze me in last min. Upon arrival I was greeted by Victoria who was a delight. Raquel was very knowledgeable and as well as meticulous. I got the hydro facial the whole time Raquel was explaining each step. She offered suggestions for things to do while on the road and back home to help prevent this in the future. I live in Detroit and out of all the facials I’ve received none can compare to this experience. I look forward to coming back. My skin is glowing, swelling is down, and in grown hairs are gone. I’m also leaving with new knowledge."

"Mara’s Med Spa is incredible! Having lived in multiple major cities (Boston, LA, NYC, and Philly), I feel I’ve finally found the place that I can return to time and time again! The best thing about Mara’s is the staff - from scheduling the appointment to meeting Mara in person, the entire process is seamless. There’s also a variety of services available at reasonable prices considering it’s the latest technology for everything (facials, peels, venus, cool sculpting, etc.). They even have a CBD green tea facial, which is just straight up trendy. Another thing I really appreciated about Mara’s is that the staff members are really helpful for letting you know what services are best for YOU. It’s not gimmicky. For example, I really appreciated knowing that the hydra facial might be better for my oily t-zone vs other facials offered. Already looking forward to my next visit! P.S. I would not be surprised if Mara got her own TV show one day. She’s not only professional and hardworking, but absolutely gorgeous!"

I had the coolsculpting & it was so much more convenient doing it at Mara’s than any other place I’ve been to bc they have 2 machines so you can get in/out in half the time PLUS they have all the different attachments for any area you want treated which is so much better for the customer. I’m so glad I’ve discovered this place. Beyond that, the owner, Mara, is the best at taking time to really customize your individual treatment. She takes the time to evaluate everything so she can help you to get the best results & in the most cost effective way. That’s definitely unlike any other place I’ve been to and I trust her and her Estheticians/RN’s and that is such a great feeling bc it’s not easy to find that type of customer service where they genuinely want to make you feel and look your best. Not just to get you in & out like a lot of med spas do. You’re more than just $$ when you go to Mara’s med spa & that’s so hard to find anywhere these days. "I was visiting Dallas from Florida for my cousin's birthday weekend. Mara's Med Spa was accommodating for my cousin's wish to have herself, and two more of us get facials. When we arrived we were checked in and given the necessary paperwork. Mara was nice enough to come out and greet us herself. "I have a lot of favorite services at the spa, but every single time I go (for a hydrafacial, massage, venus skin tightening treatment, etc) my most favorite thing to add on is the Body Pod 30 minute relaxation. I like to do it for 30 minutes prior to whatever treatment I’m getting that day because it just relaxes you so when it’s time for your treatment, you actually are already in that zen mood which makes it even more of an experience.Basically the Body Pod is a Pod that you get into and it heats up the air around you, helping to increase your metabolism, relax your body and heat up your core body temperature so that if you are doing a heat therapy it actually gives you better results because your getting more treatment during the time versus waiting for your skin to heat up.The spa810 team (I go see Kelsey!) can give better details, but I’m hooked! (especially in the winter time!)"
