"WOW!!! This place changed my LIFE!!! I have acne and scarring and my wedding is in less than 2 months— so that needed to change. I was skeptical about the amount of money I’d spend after I got a custom quote - 2 Venus Viva appointments, with a facial in-between, and possible Botox - as I already go to Face Haus 2x a month. I did the first Venus Viva treatment and all I can say is that they have a customer for LIFE. It has fully changed my face, my confidence, and my skin!!! I’ve never felt like this in my whole life. My skin is so even and smooth now — it’s the best money I’ve ever spent and I’m only 1/4 treatments in!! Shout-out to Sarah - she is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. "I travel for work and got a haircut two days ago. Today I noticed my face was breaking out really bad in grown hairs and pimples. I called Mara’s and Victoria was able to convince Raquel to squeeze me in last min. Upon arrival I was greeted by Victoria who was a delight. Raquel was very knowledgeable and as well as meticulous. I got the hydro facial the whole time Raquel was explaining each step. She offered suggestions for things to do while on the road and back home to help prevent this in the future. I live in Detroit and out of all the facials I’ve received none can compare to this experience. I look forward to coming back. My skin is glowing, swelling is down, and in grown hairs are gone. I’m also leaving with new knowledge."

"Everything about my experience, right from setting up an appointment to completing the services I'd decided on, was amazing at Mara's Med Spa! Adrianna was amazing! She knew exactly what my skin needed and did an incredibly thorough job with the dermaplane and hydra facial. I've been having really bad issues with dry skin/stress related breakouts; she recommended some really good products that are slowly restoring moisture back into my face. It's very close to my wedding date and my face would not have been in a decent shape for it without these ladies!! I wish I reached the spa sooner to take advantage of their awesome services. "I came across Mara’s Med Spa while looking to get a quick facial. I wasn’t looking for much at the time (was really just hoping to find a place to get a quick refresh at), but I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming, professional staff, and have since become a regular. I have received multiple services ranging from laser hair removal to micro needling to massage, and have been pleased with the results each time. I have yet to have a bad experience no matter which provider I’ve used, but Raquel is my “go to” provider, and she is excellent. She is very knowledgeable and conscientious while performing each service, and always makes me feel comfortable no matter what service I’m receiving. I would highly recommend her and Mara’s Med Spa!"

"I’ve been going to Maras for a couple months now and have really enjoyed everyone I’ve worked with. I’ve had 1 prodigy peel, 2 Venus vivas, 2 of my 8 sessions of full body laser hair removal, Botox, and lip filler. My Botox and lip filler by Sarah were awesome. She does follow-up appointments to make sure it’s working well and make any adjustments at no extra charge. My chemical peel was a mixed bag. I’ve got troublesome skin so it’s a journey. I had a pretty bad break out after, which was disappointing but I think that may have been my fault for not washing my makeup brushes 🤦🏻♀️ Raquel did my Viva today along with Sarah who did some of the PRP. It can be uncomfortable, but there’s numbing cream which helps. Raquel gave me lots of information on what to do and what not to do. She told me what kind of products would be best for me, and other things to consider to improve my skin like changing birth control. I feel like they genuinely care about helping me solve my skin problems. I met Mara and she was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. Over all I really like maras and definitely plan to continue going there. It’s hard not to want to get every service, massage, and facial they offer 😅"

"Mara’s Med Spa is incredible! Having lived in multiple major cities (Boston, LA, NYC, and Philly), I feel I’ve finally found the place that I can return to time and time again! The best thing about Mara’s is the staff - from scheduling the appointment to meeting Mara in person, the entire process is seamless. There’s also a variety of services available at reasonable prices considering it’s the latest technology for everything (facials, peels, venus, cool sculpting, etc.). They even have a CBD green tea facial, which is just straight up trendy. Another thing I really appreciated about Mara’s is that the staff members are really helpful for letting you know what services are best for YOU. It’s not gimmicky. For example, I really appreciated knowing that the hydra facial might be better for my oily t-zone vs other facials offered. Already looking forward to my next visit! P.S. I would not be surprised if Mara got her own TV show one day. She’s not only professional and hardworking, but absolutely gorgeous!"

When we arrived we were checked in and given the necessary paperwork. Mara was nice enough to come out and greet us herself.
