"I have been going to Mara's Med Spa for the pass 2 years. Raquel made all suggestions to my skin and did wonderful job to bring me back to life. I did the perfect peel and the results were amazing and recently I did the Morpheus8 on the face and neck. She targeted every little loose skin. I can see the results. I did the M8 back in April and the wrinkles around my lips and chin are gone. My neck is also almost gone! She also helped me pick my medical grade skin care right away my face showed a glow."

"WOW!!! This place changed my LIFE!!! I have acne and scarring and my wedding is in less than 2 months— so that needed to change. I was skeptical about the amount of money I’d spend after I got a custom quote - 2 Venus Viva appointments, with a facial in-between, and possible Botox - as I already go to Face Haus 2x a month. I did the first Venus Viva treatment and all I can say is that they have a customer for LIFE. It has fully changed my face, my confidence, and my skin!!! I’ve never felt like this in my whole life. My skin is so even and smooth now — it’s the best money I’ve ever spent and I’m only 1/4 treatments in!! Shout-out to Sarah - she is amazing and made me feel so comfortable. "I had an appointment made for an express hydrafacial and already have immediate results. I had bad hyperpigmentation that I could not get rid of. Sarah C. did my hydrafacial and it was amazing! She was so informative on the process and actually assessed my skin before she worked on it. She was always making sure I was comfortable. My skin is now glowing and my hyperpigmentation is already shades lighter and my skin is plump.I know its a little pricey but its all about quality, and the quality/professionalism is there. I also want to add in that the front desk was always kind and patient with me. So a shout out to Ryan who booked my appointment and Victoria for checking me out! Will definitely be back!"

"My first visit at Mara’s and first experience getting injectables! I got dysport and Botox injection treatments in my face and neck. Our injection specialist, Lauren, was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and patiently, and provided the most pain free comfortable experience!! I have been a scaredy cat of getting these treatments done, but it was honestly a fun experience and I can’t wait to come back and get more treatments for my perpetual glow-up lol. "I travel for work and got a haircut two days ago. Today I noticed my face was breaking out really bad in grown hairs and pimples. I called Mara’s and Victoria was able to convince Raquel to squeeze me in last min. Upon arrival I was greeted by Victoria who was a delight. Raquel was very knowledgeable and as well as meticulous. I got the hydro facial the whole time Raquel was explaining each step. She offered suggestions for things to do while on the road and back home to help prevent this in the future. I live in Detroit and out of all the facials I’ve received none can compare to this experience. I look forward to coming back. My skin is glowing, swelling is down, and in grown hairs are gone. "I have been here for a few procedures. Started with Gainswave and PRP treatment, which helped my ED issues. Then proceeded to some laser hair removal. Then I finally got cleared to do some work on my hand that suffered some severe trauma from a car accident. Micro-needling on my hand to thicken the skin worked beautifully. Also brought some better consistency to my skin texture. This combined with stem cell injections, has made a dramatic improvement to the appearance and thickness of my skin. In conjunction, we have been doing Hyaluronidase injections to reduce scar tissue from the injuries. I must say this stuff is gold. Huge reduction in underlying scar tissue. Therapists have been amazed by the results. Can’t say enough about the staff here. I believe I have had 5-6 different people working in some aspect on me. All are great. Mara has created a great med spa. I encourage anyone who need med spa services considers Mara’s Med Spa. Awesome experience! Will definitely return for any future needs. Love you guys."
